I tried to use Dropbox Backup to backup a 22Gb folder residing on an external HD connected to my Mac Mini. It took +20 hours to copy all the files, then stuck syncing a .trash file, and kept refreshing hundreds of files. I did not understand what was going on, deleted the backup and gave up.

I’m currently on the Dropbox Simple plan trial, but it seems not worth it. It costs 75% of the Plus plan price but offers only 25% of its storage. The 3-device limit matches the Free tier. I’m still unsure if Dropbox fits my workflow and need more time to decide.

Muitas vezes eu me sinto tentado a substituir os apps individuais que eu uso (como Todoist, Day One, Upnote, Workflowy, iA Writer e outros) por um app que faça tudo, especificamente o Obsidian; já fiz vários testes mas não tem o “click”, não consigo me adaptar e volto tudo como antes.
